This article aims to analyse and the effectiveness of the sio-educational measure of assisted freedom imposed to adolescents offenders, in the form of resocialization. The specific objectives seek to address the rights os children and adolescents; analyse the infraction and assisted freedom; and observe the application of socio-educational measures with a focus on assisted freedom and the resocialization of adolescents offenders. The methodology adopted is qualitative and follows the deductive method, based on relevant legislation, legal works and scientific articles on the adopted topic, as well as jurisprudential understanding. It is concluded that the resocialization of adolescent offenders who comply with a socio-educational measure of assited freedom has a greater guarantee due to compliance in freedom, unlike when they occur in a state of deprivation of liberty, in which the conditions that the establishments provide to adolescents offenders are degrading and may even end up contributing to recidivism.
