Praise for leisure is a reflection by Bertrand Russell on the overvaluation of work in modernity in the 20th century and an acclaim for leisure. It brings insightful arguments that idleness is relevant to many who work to sustain the comfortable lives of others. The proposal to reduce the workload and leisure would be contemplated for everyone, so people would use their free time in different ways and even become a better society.
