Systemic Sclerosis is a rare multisystem disease characterized by Raynaud’s Phenomenon, vasculopathies, skin fibrosis, among others. It is a devastating disease with high mortality, cost and impact on quality of life. Furthermore, it is a heterogeneous autoimmune disease of great diagnostic complexity, especially when associated with other autoimmune syndromes. The following report aims to demonstrate the diagnosis of a probable association between Systemic Sclerosis and Sjogren’s Syndrome, with multiple clinical findings and in complementary exams.
