The role of corporate compliance in the corruption combating
innovations arising from law 12.846/2013

The present article have aims to study corruption and legal changes that the Law 12.846/2013, popularly know by Law Anticorruption bring in your legal text. For that, in the first time will be analyzed the Law 5.895/2016 which typifies private corruption, which was based on the FCPA. After this, the Law 12.846/2013 will have her study deepened in the influences that motivated your creation and the social moment when it was enacted. Lastly, will be analyzed the institution of compliance, that is que principal innovation brought by that law, as well the study of the decree that presents the requirements for its effectiveness. The study was carried out through extensive bibliographic research, which resulted in the perception that the implementation of compliance mitigates unethical acts, mitigating the appropriate sanctions if they occur and also with the new Law, all gaps in the area of corporate responsibility have been filled.
