Abstract

A game with an indigenous theme was developed as a final work for the specialization in Digital Technologies Applied to Education and Active Methodologies at UNIFEBE. The activity was carried out at the Casa de Brusque Museum with third-year classes from municipal public schools. In this work, we present the process of constructing the teaching material developed for the application of the game in a non-formal educational space. With the support of the theoretical framework, the active methodology is an innovative practice for regional development through culture. Access to information anchored in science qualifies meaningful learning with the playfulness of the game. The experience gained from the results highlights the possibility of intercultural dialogue with respect for diversity through the exercise of citizenship. As final considerations, we propose the sharing of teaching material to create new experiences for educators, students and agents of culture.
